Truly Set Free

As an artist I found myself at a point feeling locked up, bound by darkness of my own mind. I couldn’t find the inspiration or ability to put something on canvas particularly just a color. I had fear and resentment holding me down it was physically stopping me from doing what I wanted to accomplish. I knew it was some sort of writers block for an artist.

That time took me through a period in my life of understanding on inspiration and where does inspiration come from. In my quest for answers to this simple yet complicated question, I believe the answer that came was truthful and wise.

Now, this explanation may not be scientific or medically correct on a psychological basis, however it became very apparent and accurate to me.

Inspiration comes from God. (Period)

You now have to separate out ideas like what would I do vs what will this become.

Without going real deep, I’ve noticed if you rest your mind, as in meditation you will become inspired. Divinely inspired.

Ive noticed this same spiritual inspiration while writing music.

I’ve found this new inspiration very fun to apply as I write many of the songs I’m producing with Sonic Forge Productions.

This beautiful hit song, Truly Set Free was an actual case in point of my practice to become inspired.
