Construction

This 3000 sq. ft. home  was built using the finest materials and love was put into every hour of labor.  Scott Prentice, a past general contractor and architectural draftsman/designer in Rapid City, SD started construction in 1999 to build this home. Built on 49 beautiful acres on the northwest corner of the Black Hills overlooking the wonderful northern plains of South Dakota. There was no access or driveway.  Everything, was a labor of love and a course on patients, character, strength, endurance and intellect.
