In 1996, I received two of the highest awards in my industry you could possibly ever receive. The Master Craftsman Award is given by your peers in the commercial construction industry. That same year I completed two of the most difficult projects I had ever been given and I won on both.
The very next year my shop and studio burned to the ground. 😰
